To vote, fill out the above form selecting your favorite song in each match-up (you have to vote for every match-up). Remember, after you vote, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You must respond to that e-mail in order for your vote to be valid. If the form is filled out, but no reply to the confirmation e-mail is received, those votes will be discarded. If you fill out the form and don't get the confirmation e-mail for some reason (you should get it shortly after sending the form), just fill out the form again. Second round votes must be received by October 20th.

There is only one vote per round per e-mail. If multiple confirmed votes are received from the same e-mail address, all votes from that address will be disqualified for that round. It doesn't matter if the votes are received from different sites, only one vote per e-mail address. Don't waste your time with multiple votes as you'll only be hurting the artist you're trying to help because none of your votes will count. You can vote in every round, but only once. (You don't have to worry about your privacy, none of your information will ever be sold or given to any third party.)
